Shipping Policy

It is our goal to get your maple treats into your hands as quickly as possible.

 

Please allow 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) for the processing of your order. You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after it has been place. You will receive an additional email once the order has shipped. If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam folder. To ensure delivery of our email communications, please add info@sweetwatersmaple.com to your email contact list.

We ship within the continental United States via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS. 

Refunds & Returns

REFUnds & returns

At Sweetwater's Maple we want you to be 100% satisfied with your products. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order if you wish to request a return/refund. We will issue a refund or exchange for products that have been unopened (tamper-proof seal intact).  The return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. In the event of a replacement, Sweetwater's Maple will cover the cost of shipping the replacement items.  

 

Should there be an error in the shipment on our part, we will, of course, cover the cost to ship out the correct products in a timely manner.
